I am wondering if you can wear thong sandals to disneyland and be able to go on all the rides?

You could wear sandals to the park. I believe all the rides allow them. Some rides, howerver, like Soarin' they usually suggest you leave them on the floor during the ride so they don't fall off. But I do believe all the rides will allow it, although I've never tried it so I am not 100% sure.

That being said, I would recommend wearing regular sneakers to the park. While you may like wearing sandals, if you plan to be walking a lot, sandals are usually not the best option. I've found that they don't offer enough support as regular shoes do for walking. Get a pair of nice Nike's or something that is for jogging. Trust me, by the end of the day you will be happy you did. When I think of Disney, sandals just don't come to mind, but if you aren't planning to do a lot of walking you will probably be OK.
